At Swig Life, we want you to love your insulated drinkware and home accessories as much as we do. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in new, unused condition and in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to select the items you wish to return.

• 3.
  Print and Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label, securely package your Swig Life products, and attach the label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
